Particulate Monitor Range
Dust monitor range for regulatory compliance, baghouse process optimisation and corporate responsibility
ETR-UNIDATA PARTICULATE MONITORS
The particulate monitoring instruments made by Etr-Unidata are used for regulatory compliance, process optimization, and process control.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- Omicron II, an indicative particulate monitor using tribo-electric technology
- Sigma II, a quantitative particulate monitor also based on tribo-electric technology
- Zeta 5000, a top of the range quantitative stack emissions monitoring instrument using patent protected optical back scatter technology and designed to exceed the performance requirements for particulate monitors irequired by European Union Governments as encapsulated in European Standard EN 14181. Zeta´s performance provides operators with the comfort that their particulate monitoring is of the highest possible standard, and with a demonstration of unequalled corporate responsibility.
PROCESS OPTIMISATION
- FilterMonitor capitalizes on the unequalled sensitivity of the Zeta 5000 particulate monitor with filter monitor performance software which allows optimization of bag house operations and maintenance, with associated cost savings.
- Epsilon´s unique patent protected technology using scanning lasers and tomographic techniques is the only particulate monitor available which can detect the passage of particulates across a complete cross-section of the duct/stack (all other particulate monitor technologies rely on sampling the gas passing up the stack). With Epsilon, gas turbine operators can reduce their down-time and minimise the decline plant capacity over time, as dust builds up on the fan.
PROCESS CONTROL
- Omicron II is typically employed as an alarm system to monitor trends in particulate emissions levels.
