Protect your investment in dust monitoring equipment and maintain optimal performance

OVERVIEW

Dust monitoring equipment protects the environment, the operator, and the people. In some cases, it forms part of the production process and is a key element of plant process optimisation.

Reliability, and minimized down-times, are therefore essential features of the dust monitoring equipment warranty and service programmes provided by Etr-Unidata.

The standard warranty covers the cost of labour and repairs for the first year of ownership, and provides for one emergency service visit on five working days notice. For operators requiring higher levels of assurance on the minimisation of down-time and the level of maintenance costs, higher levels of service are available by arrangement, in conjunction with a maintenance contract.

WARRANTY OPTIONS

Standard Warranty

The standard warranty lasts for one year, in accordance with the European Union regulatory requirements. One site visit will be provided in addition to scheduled site visits associated with the maintenance contract. Otherwise, equipment must be returned to base for repair.

 Extended Warranty

The extended warranty lasts for four years, and provides for one emergency service visit per annum in addition to scheduled maintenance. Otherwise, equipment must be returned to base for repair.

Expedited Warranty

The expedited warranty ensures a more rapid response time to a warranty issue. One site visit will be provided in addition to scheduled site visits associated with the maintenance contract. Otherwise, equipment must be returned to base for repair.

Premium Service Warranty

The premium service warranty also ensures a more rapid response time to repair requirements under warranty and/or the provision of a replacement unit on loan until the repair is effected. The number of emergency site visits provided is not limited.

REPAIR SERVICES FOR OUT-OF-WARRANTY EQUIPMENT

Normal Repair Service

A normal repair service will be provided for equipment which is out of warranty, with a seven day response time.

Expedited Repair Service

An expedited repair service contract with a more rapid response time is available for operators whose equipment is out of warranty. The service is subject to contract and is not available on call.

Response times are in part dictated by the equipment covered, and in part by geographical location. The response times above assume a mainland U.K. location.
